Before I ever helped women find their voice, I struggled to use mine.

For years, I allowed the voices of being bullied, picked on, used, rejected, and overlooked to become louder than my own voice.

Where the weight of your thoughts feels like carrying a heavy load of laundry. It's exhausting. You keep trying to sort through everything in your mind, trying to wash the thoughts away, but no matter how hard you try,  they just keep coming back. The mental noise never seems to stop, and every day it feels like you're carrying another load.

That was me.

Until one day, I discovered there was another way to live. I learned how to quiet the mental noise, experience real peace, and finally enjoy life instead of just  existing in it.

That's why today I help ambitious women move from mental overload to clarity, confidence, and alignment, so they can lay down the load  they've been carrying and confidently move to take the next step.
